I have been involved in Dance Fitness for over 40 years. From the minute you walk into my class to the minute you leave; it is my job to make you feel confident and beautiful! I will break down each dance - step by step - before adding music. But in the end, if you go right and I go left, it just doesn't matter.... we’ll all end up together at some point! It’s all about having FUN!
