I have been involved in Dance Fitness for over 40 years. From the minute you walk into my class to the minute you leave; it is my job to make you feel confident and beautiful! I will break down each dance - step by step - before adding music. But in the end, if you go right and I go left, it just doesn't matter.... we’ll all end up together at some point! It’s all about having FUN!
You'll find me at breweries, restaurants, colleges, and other cool venues in the New England area.
